Marcelo Diaz was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1969. A film director, producer, and writer, he is best known for his critically acclaimed and award-winning films, including “The Mortician” (2005), “The Night of the Sun” (2009), and “The Man From Nowhere” (2012).

Diaz began his career in the film industry at a young age, and his first projects were documentaries.
