Wolgrand Ribeiro is a Brazilian film director and screenwriter. He was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1971. He studied film at the University of Belo Horizonte and began his career in the early 1990s as an assistant director.
Ribeiro is best known for his work on the feature films "Love is Blind" (2003) and "The Secret of the Valley" (2006). He received critical acclaim for his work on both films, both of which were nominated for Academy Awards.
