Taisiya Krugovikh is an artist, director, and producer of film and television. She was born in Siberia, Russia, and grew up in Moscow. She attended the Moscow State University of Cinematography, where she studied directing and film production.

Krugovikh began her career in the 1990’s, when she started producing documentaries for Russian television. In 1999, she directed her first feature film, “The Book of Life”, which was well received and earned her many awards. This was followed by “The Journey”, her second feature film, which earned her a nomination for the Best Director award at the Moscow International Film Festival.

Krugovikh’s films have been widely acclaimed and have won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at the Moscow International Film Festival for the film “The Journey” and the Audience Choice Award at the Sundance Film Festival for “The Book of Life”. She has also directed several television series, including the popular drama “The People”.
