Paul Higbie is an American director, producer, and screenwriter based in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for his work on television shows such as Silicon Valley, Arrested Development, and The Office.

Paul Higbie was born in the small town of Ulster Park, New York in 1975. He grew up with a passion for movies and storytelling, and he began shooting Super 8 films with his friends during his teenage years. After high school he attended the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in Film Production.
