Marcin Janos Krawczyk is a highly accomplished Polish film director and screenwriter, best known for his award-winning films. Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1973, Krawczyk was raised in a creative and artistic family and developed a strong passion for the arts from an early age. He studied film directing at the prestigious National Film School in Łódź, graduating in 2002.
Krawczyk began his career directing music videos and television commercials, while also writing screenplays for several independent films. Krawczyk has also directed numerous television series, including the crime drama “The Pact” (2012), and the historical drama “The Last Kingdom” (2013). He has also directed several episodes of the popular shows “The Wire” and “The Walking Dead.”
