Bret Autrey is an American actor, best known for his roles on the television series Grey's Anatomy and the movie The Help. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 9th, 1981.

Autrey began his career in the entertainment industry at the age of 20, when he got his first acting job in a movie called The Little Engine That Could. From there, he went on to appear in several independent films and short films, as well as landing guest-starring roles on various TV shows.

In 2009, Autrey landed his first major role on the hit medical drama Grey's Anatomy. He played the role of Dr. Charles Percy for four seasons, and was a fan favorite. His performance earned him an NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

In 2011, Autrey played a supporting role in the movie The Help, which was nominated for four Academy Awards. He also appeared in the hit TV show House of Cards, where he played a political consultant.

Autrey has also appeared in several television commercials, including spots for McDonald's, General Motors, and Apple. He also starred in the music video for the Maroon 5 song "Moves Like Jagger" in 2011.

Outside of acting, Autrey is passionate about giving back to the community. He has volunteered with several organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, the American Red Cross, and the Atlanta Children's Shelter.

Autrey is currently working on several projects, including a movie called The Lovebirds and a show called The Righteous Gemstones. He is also in the process of writing his first book.
