A Pleasure, Comrades! - After the revolution, ideals meet the realities of the land
In the wake of Portugal’s Carnation Revolution, three young Northerners—Eduarda, João, and Mick—travel south to work in the occupied farms.
They arrive with ideals, education, and a sense of curiosity. However, as they engage in labor, medicine, and cultural exchanges with the villagers, they also encounter traditions, contradictions, and questions that no ideology can easily resolve. Together, they create a living portrait of a revolution that was as much about meeting each other as it was about political change.
