Tanguy Pomarède is a filmmaker and co founder of Two Angry Men Productions. After graduating from a master’s programme in film and management, he moved into filmmaking with a strong interest in character driven stories. In 2021, he co directed a fiction short film, which marked the starting point of his collaboration with Tom Averink and their shared decision to focus on documentary cinema. Their first documentary, I Just Wanna Fly High, explored the BMX community in Thailand, from central Bangkok to the regions of Lamna Rai and Khon Kaen. The film premiered in Amsterdam in 2023 and was later acquired by Riding Zone TV for SVOD distribution. Pomarède later spent six months between Paris and Shenzhen working on Parallel, a documentary that premiered at FC Hyena in Amsterdam in 2025.
