Eva Weissweiler is an actress, writer, and director from Germany. She is best known for her roles in films such as The Namesake, Nur ein Tag, and Summer Storm.

Weissweiler was born in Germany in 1984. She grew up in an artistic family that encouraged her to pursue her creative ambitions. As a child, she began writing poetry and participating in school theatre productions. She went on to attend the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich, where she studied acting and directing.
