Her mother, Sharon, is an interior designer, and her father, John, is a real estate developer. She is of Irish, English, and Cherokee ancestry. Eva attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where she studied acting, singing, and dance.
At the age of 15, Eva began to pursue a modeling career. She signed with Ford Models and appeared in numerous campaigns for major brands. She later moved to New York to pursue acting. She made her television debut in the short lived NBC series “M.O.N.T.E.” (1997). She then appeared in the feature films “Desperate Measures” (1998) and “The Mod Squad” (1999).
