Ena M. Mestey (November 24, 1896 – April 24, 1975) was an American film actress. She began her career in silent films in the early 1920s and appeared in more than 60 films over the course of her career.

Ena M. Mestey was born in San Francisco, California, on November 24, 1896. She was the daughter of an Italian-American father and a Jewish mother. As a child, she attended school in San Francisco and moved to Los Angeles with her family when she was in her teens.

In the early 1920s, Mestey began her film career by appearing in several short films. In 1921, she made her feature film debut in the Universal film The Girl in His House. Throughout the 1920s, she continued to appear in numerous films, often playing supporting roles in such films as The Red Lantern (1923), The Little Irish Girl (1925), and The White Shadow (1926).

In the 1930s, Mestey continued to appear in films, though her roles became increasingly smaller. She appeared in such films as The Public Enemy (1931), Gabriel Over the White House (1933), and The Crusades (1935). She also appeared in a handful of westerns, such as The Three Mesquiteers (1936) and The Law of the 45s (1937).

In the 1940s, Mestey continued to appear in supporting roles in films such as The Mark of Zorro (1940) and The Man Who Came to Dinner (1941). Her final feature film role was in the 1945 film Sing Your Worries Away.

After her film career ended in the 1940s, Mestey continued to work in television. She appeared in several television shows, including The Lone Ranger (1949), The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet (1952), and The Adventures of Superman (1953).

Ena M. Mestey passed away on April 24, 1975, in Los Angeles, California. She was 78 years old. She is remembered for her contributions to the film industry during the silent and early sound era.
