Dragos Onisei is a Romanian actor known for his roles in television series and films. He was born on April 10, 1980 in Bucharest, Romania.

Onisei grew up in a family of actors and developed a passion for the craft in his childhood. He attended the University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest, where he studied acting and directing. After graduating, he began his career in theatre, appearing in various plays and musicals.

In 2006, Onisei made his television debut in the Romanian series "Cine este acolo?" ("Who is There?"). He went on to appear in various television series, including "Profesorul de mimica" ("The Mime Teacher"), "Un destin la rascruce" ("A Destiny at the Crossroads"), and "Asaltul" ("The Assault"). In 2014, he starred in the popular Romanian soap opera "Fetele Marinarului" ("The Sailor's Girls").

In 2015, Onisei made his film debut in the Romanian drama "Aniversarea" ("The Anniversary"). He went on to appear in "Aferim!", a historical drama which won numerous awards. He also starred in the Romanian comedy "Vacanta de vis" ("Dream Vacation"), and the horror film "Pasageri" ("Passengers").

In addition to his acting career, Onisei is also a singer. In 2018, he released a solo album titled "Dragos Onisei – O lume noua" ("Dragos Onisei – A New World"), and in 2019, he released a follow-up album, "Dragos Onisei – O lume mai buna" ("Dragos Onisei – A Better World").

Onisei is an active member of the Romanian entertainment industry. He is a part of the European Film Academy, and he is a member of the Romanian Film and Television Producers Association. He is also a member of the Romanian Filmmakers Association.

Onisei is an incredibly talented actor, singer, and activist. He has quickly become one of Romania's most recognizable faces, and he continues to use his platform to promote the Romanian film industry and advocate for social justice.
