Denis Granchak is a Russian-American actor. He was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. He graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School, one of the most prestigious acting schools in the world.

Granchak moved to the United States in 2010. He quickly established himself in the Los Angeles acting scene, appearing in numerous films, television shows, and theatrical productions. His first starring role in Hollywood was in the indie film "Hush Money" (2011), which won the Audience Choice Award at the Los Angeles International Film Festival. He has also been seen in such films as "The Russian Bride" (2014), "The Mockingbird" (2015), and "The Room" (2017).

Granchak has guest-starred on a variety of television shows such as "Criminal Minds," "Gotham," "The Mentalist," "NCIS," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," and "Person of Interest." He also had a recurring role on the FX show "The Americans" as Russian agent Yevgeny Gromov.

In addition to his film and television work, Granchak is an accomplished stage actor. He has appeared in productions of "The Crucible," "The Three Sisters," and "The Seagull" at the San Francisco Playhouse, among others. He has also appeared in regional theater productions in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago.

Granchak has won numerous awards for his acting, including the Los Angeles International Film Festival Audience Choice Award, the San Francisco Playhouse Best Actor Award, and the Chicago Theater Critics Association Best Supporting Actor Award.
