Dave Brisbois is an American actor, writer, and comedian best known for his work in television and film. He has starred in a number of television series, including the award-winning Netflix original series Orange Is the New Black, where he played the role of Larry Bloom, and Comedy Central's The Jim Gaffigan Show, where he portrayed the character of Steve.

Brisbois was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with a degree in communication. After college, he moved to Los Angeles and began his career as an actor.
