Carol Surdin (born October 28, 1964) is an American actress, best known for her roles in various television shows, movies and stage productions.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Surdin began her career studying acting at the Goodman School of Drama. After graduating, she quickly began appearing in a variety of television shows, including St. Elsewhere, Law & Order, The X-Files, Knots Landing, and The Practice. She also made appearances in several feature films, including Men in Black, My Best Friend's Wedding, and The Green Mile.

In addition to her television work, Surdin has been a part of many stage productions, both on Broadway and off-Broadway. She has appeared in productions of The Glass Menagerie, The Crucible, and The Heiress. She also had a long run in the Broadway production of The King and I.

In addition to acting, Surdin has dabbled in writing and directing. She wrote and directed the short film, The Gift, which was screened at the National Film Festival. She also wrote and performed a one-woman show, I Am That I Am, which she toured throughout the United States.

In her personal life, Surdin is married to musician and composer, Willy Daffern. They have two daughters, Catarina and Isabella.

Carol Surdin is an accomplished and versatile actress, who has made her mark in both television and stage productions. Her work has been recognized with several awards, including an Emmy nomination for her performance in Knots Landing. She continues to work and entertain audiences today.
