Brooks T. Moore is an American actor and producer who is best known for his roles in the TV shows "NCIS: Los Angeles" and "The Mentalist". He has also appeared in films such as "The Lincoln Lawyer" and "The Belko Experiment".

Born on August 12, 1976 in Los Angeles, California, Moore attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and a Master's degree in Acting. He began his acting career in 2003, appearing in the TV movie "The Heart of the Storm". He then went on to appear in numerous television shows such as "Friends", "ER", "The West Wing", and "Scrubs".

In 2009, Moore landed a recurring role on the hit CBS show "NCIS: Los Angeles". He played the role of FBI Agent Owen Granger, and his performance earned him much praise from critics and fans alike. He appeared in the show for two seasons before leaving to pursue other opportunities.

In 2011, Moore joined the cast of the CBS show "The Mentalist", playing the role of CBI Agent Wayne Rigsby. He remained with the show until its finale in 2015. During this time, he also appeared in the film "The Lincoln Lawyer" and the horror flick "The Belko Experiment".

Aside from his acting career, Moore also worked as a producer on several projects. He produced the short film "The Last Time I Saw Paris" in 2014, as well as the feature film "The Good Neighbor" in 2016.

Moore is an avid supporter of animal rights and has served as a board member of the Los Angeles-based charity Animal Avengers since 2010. He is also an advocate for conservation and works closely with the Sierra Club.

Throughout his career, Moore has been nominated for several awards, including a Primetime Emmy Award for his role in "The Mentalist" and a Saturn Award for his work on "The Belko Experiment". He continues to work as an actor and producer and is currently living in Los Angeles, California.
