BIO

Brian Klein is an award-winning film and commercial director who has been working in the industry for more than two decades. He has directed and produced dozens of commercials, music videos, and feature films, and is best known for his work in the horror and thriller genres.

Klein grew up in the small town of Menomonee Falls in Wisconsin. He developed an interest in filmmaking at an early age, and during high school he began making videos and experimenting with photography. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he majored in film and media studies.

Klein's professional career began in the mid-1990s, when he began directing music videos and commercials for regional companies. His work caught the eye of several larger production companies, and in 2001 he directed his first feature film, the horror movie “The Uninvited.” The film was a hit, and it earned Klein a reputation as a talented horror director.

Over the years, Klein has directed several other feature films, including “The Night of the Living Dead” (2003), “The Burning” (2005), and “The Witching Hour” (2008). He has also directed numerous commercials and music videos, working with artists such as John Mayer, Coldplay, and the Black Eyed Peas.

Klein has earned numerous awards for his work, including a Best Feature Film award at the Los Angeles Horror Film Festival for “The Uninvited.” He has also been named one of the “Top 30 Directors Under 30” by Variety magazine.

Klein currently resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to direct feature films, commercials, and music videos. He is also an active member of the Directors Guild of America and the International Cinematographers Guild. He is widely respected in the industry for his creative vision and storytelling ability, and his work continues to be highly sought after.
