Arturo Guaramato is a Mexican actor who has been active in the entertainment industry since he was a child. He is best known for his roles in films such as El Norte, Like Water for Chocolate, and The Mask of Zorro.

Guaramato was born and raised in Mexico City. His first acting role was as a child in the Mexican telenovela El Amor de mi Vida. He went on to perform in various regional theater productions and eventually landed his first major role in the 1985 film El Norte, in which he played a young illegal immigrant struggling to make it in the United States.
