Arthur Smith is an English actor and comedian from London. He has been performing on stage, radio and television since the early 1980s. Smith is best known for his appearances on the BBC sketch show The Fast Show, where he played a variety of characters, including the popular Ted & Ralph.

Smith's career began in the early 1980s with a few minor roles in television and theatre productions.
