Brazil, Cuba. A grandfather and his grandson in a remote Cuban village

Directors Arturo De La Garza and Bertrand Lira manage to combine a contemplative approach to a farming village called Brazil, on the island of Cuba, with the story of a grandfather and grandson who are unable to hide their differences.

This rare and captivating short film is woven through beautiful cinematography that recalls the timeless and bucolic landscapes of the Caribbean countryside that we see in those and nostalgic old postcards.
