Will Harper is an American director, writer, and producer. He rose to fame directing the award-winning short film, "The Dreamer," which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Harper developed a passion for film at an early age. After graduating high school, he attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. It was there that he honed his skills as an editor, director, and writer. After graduating, he worked as an editor on various projects before making his directorial debut with "The Dreamer."

The Dreamer follows the story of a young girl with a vivid imagination who dreams of becoming a filmmaker. It was praised for its originality and was selected for the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival. It won the Grand Jury Prize for Best Short Film, and further established Harper as a talented director.
