Verena Endtner is a German-born film director, screenwriter and producer. She is best known for her award-winning feature films such as "The Snowman" (2016) and "The Happening" (2018).

Verena Endtner was born in Berlin, Germany in 1988. From a young age, she had a passion for films and storytelling, often writing plays and making short films with her friends. After graduating high school, Endtner went on to study film at the University of Television and Film Munich. After graduating, she worked as a freelance filmmaker and editor, creating commercials and music videos for various clients.

In 2016, Endtner released her first feature film, "The Snowman". The film was an instant success, winning several awards at festivals around the world, including the German Film Award for Best Director. The film follows a group of snowmen on an epic adventure as they try to save their home from destruction.
