Thomas Gibson (born July 3, 1962) is an American actor who found fame as Greg Montgomery in the comedy series Dharma & Greg, and is currently starring in the CBS series Criminal Minds. He portrays Supervisory Special Agent Aaron "Hotch" Hotchner, the Unit Chief of the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) team.
