Sterling Noren is an American film director, writer, and producer. He is best known for his work on films such as The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, X-Men: The Last Stand, and The Incredible Hulk.

Noren was born in New York City in 1972. He grew up in a film-loving family, with his parents both being movie buffs. He was exposed to the world of film from an early age, and it eventually became his passion. He attended the School of Visual Arts in New York, where he earned a degree in film directing.

After graduating from college, Noren began working as an editor and assistant director for various short films. He then moved on to direct music videos and commercials. In 2002, he was given the opportunity to direct his first feature film, The Matrix Reloaded. The film was a massive success, grossing over $742 million worldwide. This success led to Noren being asked to direct The Matrix Revolutions, which was released in 2003. He also directed the third installment of the X-Men franchise, X-Men: The Last Stand, in 2006.
