Scott Dwayne Roberts is a renowned director, producer, and screenwriter who has worked on some of the most successful and popular films and television shows of the last two decades. He was born in Los Angeles, California in 1971.

At an early age, Scott developed an interest in film and television, watching classic films and television shows with his family. He pursued his dream and attended the University of Southern California, studying film and television production. After graduating, Scott began his career as an assistant director on various commercials and television shows.

Scott's first major directorial role was on the television show “The O.C.” in 2003. The show was a success and Scott continued to direct for the show for its four-season run. In 2006, Scott directed his first feature film, “The Last Kiss”, starring Zach Braff and Rachel Bilson. The film was a hit at the box office and critics praised Scott's work.

After his success with “The Last Kiss”, Scott went on to direct several other films as well as television shows, including the critically acclaimed “Breaking Bad” and “The Walking Dead”. His films, such as “Invictus” and “The Social Network”, were both nominated for Academy Awards.

In 2014, Scott released his most successful film to date, “Gone Girl”. The film received numerous awards and was one of the highest-grossing films of the year. His latest film, “The Revenant”, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, was also a success, receiving three Academy Awards.
