Ryan Katzenbach is a film and television director from New Jersey. He began his career in the entertainment industry working as an assistant director in television and film before transitioning to directing. His breakthrough came when he directed the hit show, “Scream Queens” for Fox.

Katzenbach’s film and television career began in 2002 when he was hired as an assistant director on the television show “Alias” for ABC. He then went on to work as an assistant director on several other television shows such as “Numb3rs”, “Criminal Minds”, and “The Shield”. In 2006, he made his first foray into directing with the short film “The Game”.

Katzenbach’s big break came in 2015 when he was chosen to direct the first season of the horror-comedy series “Scream Queens” for Fox. The show was a hit and was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Show: Comedy.
