Raphael Siboni is an internationally acclaimed French filmmaker and producer. He is best known for his work in the genres of comedy, drama, and documentary.

Siboni was born in Paris, France in 1973. After graduating from high school, he attended the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Techniques du Théâtre in Paris. After completing his studies, Siboni began working as an assistant director for several French television shows, before eventually directing a few of his own.

In 2000, Siboni made his feature-length film debut with the comedy Petites Annonces. The film was a critical and commercial success, and earned Siboni a César Award nomination for Best First Feature Film. He followed this up with his second feature, the drama Éloge de l'amour, which also earned critical acclaim.

In 2006, Siboni directed the documentary La Septième Vague, which was about the French New Wave movement of the 1960s. The film was a critical and commercial success, and earned Siboni a César Award nomination for Best Documentary.

Since then, Siboni has directed several feature films, including Un Beau Dimanche, Le Grand Jeu, and Birmane. He has also produced several films, including Les Combattants and La Chanson des Voisins.

In addition to his work in film, Siboni is also an accomplished theatre director. He has directed several plays, both in France and abroad.
