Nuno Baptista is a Portuguese film director and screenwriter. He was born in Lisbon in 1971. He graduated with a degree in film from the Lisbon Film School, where he received several awards for his student work.
Since then, he has worked as a freelance director, screenwriter and editor. He has directed several short films, documentaries and feature films, which have been selected for numerous international film festivals. Nuno is best known for his debut feature film, "Cabra-Cega," which earned him the best director prize at the Caminhos Film Festival in Portugal.
