Klaus Maeck is an award-winning German director and producer who has been creating acclaimed films since the early 2000s. He is best known for his feature films "The People I've Slept With" and "The Last Station."

Born in 1980 in Bremen, Germany, Maeck grew up in a creative and intellectual family. His father, a film director, and his mother, a book editor, fostered his love of film from an early age. Maeck developed an interest in directing, and after graduating from high school, he attended the University of Television and Film Munich.

While at university, Maeck directed several short films, and one of his works, "The People I've Slept With," was selected for the Cannes Film Festival in 2008. The success of the film garnered Maeck international attention and acclaim.
