Karl André Talbot is a Canadian businessman, international marketing advisor, and film producer. After more than two decades working in publicity and global communication, he transitioned into long form storytelling through documentaries and feature films.
His first full length documentary, Silenced, as Mercury Rises, marked this shift and went on to receive 20 awards and 31 nominations worldwide. Building on this success, Talbot completed his next documentary, INactive, released in 2024, which continues his focus on socially and environmentally relevant subjects.
Alongside his work as a producer and director, Karl André Talbot is currently developing two new environmental documentary projects as well as two narrative feature films. His work consistently reflects an interest in health, environmental issues, and the broader impact of modern society on human life.
