Julien Nadiras is a French film director and producer who has made a number of popular films over the years. He is best known for his work on the Academy Award-winning film La Vie En Rose (2007).

Nadiras was born in Montpellier, France, in 1974. He grew up in a small town and showed an affinity for the arts at an early age. He began taking acting classes and directing short films while still in high school. After graduating from college, he moved to Paris to pursue his dream of becoming a filmmaker.

Nadiras began his career in the film industry as an assistant director, working on a variety of films before eventually directing his own projects. His first feature film, Les guerriers de l'ombre (2001), was a critical success and established him as an up-and-coming director. His next film, Un long dimanche de fiançailles (2004), was an even bigger hit and earned him a Cesar Award for Best Director.

Nadiras rose to international fame with his next film, La Vie En Rose (2007). The biopic of singer Edith Piaf won the Academy Award for Best Actress and was nominated for four other Oscars.
