Jen Bagley is an award-winning film and television director, known for her work on shows like Chicago Med, Law & Order: SVU, and Chicago Fire. She is also a member of the Directors Guild of America.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Jen Bagley has always had a passion for storytelling. She started her career in the entertainment industry in the early 2000s, working as an assistant to several prominent directors. Through these experiences, she learned the craft of directing and developed her own style.

In 2010, Bagley made her directorial debut with the short film, "The Voice Inside." The film was an official selection of the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, and won numerous awards. This success led to Bagley being hired to direct several independent films, including "The Circle" (2012) and "The Last Summer" (2015).

In 2016, Bagley made the jump to television, directing for the hit drama series Chicago Med. Since then, she has directed episodes for hit series such as Law & Order: SVU, Chicago Fire, and Empire. She was also a producer on the series "Code Black" in 2018.

Outside of work, Jen Bagley is an active member of the Directors Guild of America, as well as a mentor and role model to young aspiring filmmakers. She volunteers her time to teach classes and workshops, and regularly speaks at film festivals and universities.

In 2020, Bagley was awarded a Directors Guild of America Award for her work on Chicago Fire. This honor is a testament to her talent and dedication to her craft.
