Jason Aron is an American film and television director, producer, and editor. He is best known for his work on the series Silicon Valley, as well as directing the feature films For the Love of Money and All Light Will End.

Aron was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended New York University, where he earned a degree in film production. After graduating, he began his career as a production assistant on television shows such as The L Word and Curb Your Enthusiasm. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a director and editor.

In 2010, Aron directed his first feature film, For the Love of Money. The film, which starred James Caan and Edward Furlong, was critically acclaimed and nominated for several awards.

In 2012, Aron co-wrote and directed All Light Will End, a horror film starring Ashley Rickards and Chris Zylka. The movie was released in select theaters and on demand.

In 2014, Aron began directing episodes of the HBO series Silicon Valley. He has since directed multiple episodes, including the season two finale, which was critically acclaimed and earned him an Emmy nomination.

In addition to his work in film and television, Aron has also directed music videos for artists such as R.E.M., Chris Cornell, and Jewel. He has also produced several short films.

Aron’s work has been praised for its bold visual style and technical precision. He continues to work in film and television, and is currently in development on a new feature project.
