Hugh Ballantyne is an award-winning British director best known for his work on the critically acclaimed television series "The Office". Born in London in 1977, Ballantyne began his career in the film and television industry in 1998, working as a production assistant on a variety of music videos and commercials.

In 2002, Ballantyne made his directorial debut with the short film "The Last Supper".
