Hana Meličková is a Czech actress who has been acting since the early 2000s. She is best known for her roles in films such as Jan Svěrák's Academy Award-winning film Kolya, and the Czech television series Ordinace v růžové zahradě.

Born in Prague, Czech Republic, on April 15, 1978, Meličková began her career at the age of twelve, when she was cast in the Czech television series, Rodinný přítel. She then went on to star in various Czech films and television shows, including the popular series Ordinace v růžové zahradě, in which she played the role of a doctor.

In 1996, Meličková starred in the Academy Award-winning film Kolya, which was directed by Jan Svěrák. She played the role of Zuzka, a young woman who is courted by an older man. The film won numerous awards, including Best Foreign Language Film at the 1997 Academy Awards.

Meličková also appeared in the 2003 film, Vratné lahve, which was directed by Jan Hřebejk. She played the role of Lenka, a young woman who is struggling to cope with the death of her father. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Meličková received a Czech Lion Award for Best Actress.

In addition to her film and television roles, Meličková has also appeared in numerous stage plays. She made her stage debut in 2007, when she was cast in the play, The Seagull. She has since appeared in several plays, including Pygmalion, The Three Sisters, and The Cherry Orchard.
