Gwan Moffat (born January 11, 1989) is an American actress best known for her roles in the films The Fault in Our Stars (2014) and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay ā€“ Part 1 (2014). She is also known for her television roles in the series The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008-2013) and Switched at Birth (2013-2017).

Moffat was born in Los Angeles, California, and began acting at a young age. She attended the Orange County School of the Arts and was accepted into the University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts. After graduation, she began appearing in television and film roles, making her debut in the television series The Secret Life of the American Teenager in 2008.

Moffat's breakthrough role came in 2014 when she played Hazel Grace Lancaster in the romantic drama The Fault in Our Stars. The movie was a critical and commercial success, and Moffat's performance was widely praised. She then went on to appear in the blockbuster film The Hunger Games: Mockingjay ā€“ Part 1, playing the role of Primrose Everdeen.
