Gustau Nerín is a Spanish actor, director, and writer. He was born in Barcelona in 1966 and began his career in the theater in the early 1980s. His stage work has been seen in many Spanish theaters including the Teatro de la Zarzuela in Madrid and the Teatro Villarroel in Barcelona.

He has also acted in films and television series such as “La reina de España” (1998), “Los hombres de Paco” (2005), “Cuéntame cómo pasó” (2009), and “Velvet” (2014), among others. He has also directed films such as “El otro lado de la cama” (2002), “Yo soy la Juani” (2006) and “Los amantes pasajeros” (2013).

Nerín has been awarded numerous awards throughout his career. In 1997, he was awarded the Goya Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in “La reina de España”. He was also nominated for the Goya Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in “Yo soy la Juani”.

Nerín is also known for his writing. He wrote the script for “Yo soy la Juani” and “Los amantes pasajeros” and was nominated for a Goya Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2006.

Nerín is a versatile artist, and he continues to work in both theater and film. He has recently appeared in the television series “Vis a Vis” and “Bajo sospecha” and is currently filming the upcoming movie “La vida iba en serio”. He has also directed the play “Habitación para una sola persona” which premiered in April of 2018.
