Göran Zachrisson is a Swedish actor, director and screenwriter who has worked in film, television and theatre. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1962, and studied drama at the University of Stockholm.

In the late 1980s, Zachrisson made his professional acting debut in the Swedish television series 'Änglagård'. He then found success in film, appearing in numerous Swedish films such as 'Korta vändor', 'Jägarna', 'Fucking Åmål', 'Gossip' and 'Så olika'.

In 2001, Zachrisson wrote, directed and starred in the film 'Bergman Revisited', which was nominated for six Swedish Academy Awards. He followed this up with a starring role in the 2002 film 'Lilja 4-ever', and the 2003 film 'Liljans bommar', for which he also wrote the screenplay.

In 2008, Zachrisson appeared in the critically acclaimed Swedish television series 'Wallander', playing the recurring role of the police officer Stefan Lindman. He also starred in the Swedish television series 'Mäklarna', playing the role of an estate agent. In 2010, Zachrisson wrote and directed the short film 'Tillbaka till Bromma'.

In addition to his film and television work, Zachrisson has also appeared on stage in several productions, including 'Hamlet' and 'The Merchant of Venice'. He has also acted in a number of radio plays, and has worked as a voice actor for various Swedish films and television shows.

Göran Zachrisson continues to work in film, television and theatre, and is widely regarded as one of the most talented and versatile actors in Sweden.
