BIO

Gavin Bond is an award-winning director, producer, and cinematographer working in the film and television industry. He grew up in the small town of Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, where he developed an interest in film and photography from an early age.

Bond attended film school in Toronto, where he graduated with a degree in production and directing. Following graduation, he worked as a freelance director for several music videos and short films, receiving critical acclaim for his work. He also produced and directed several documentaries for television.

In 2010, Bond received the Directors Guild of Canada Award for his feature film debut, ‘The Hole’. This film also won him the Best Director award at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Bond has since gone on to direct a number of feature films and television shows, including the critically-acclaimed series ‘Vikings’, as well as the hit Netflix original series ‘Narcos’.

In addition to directing, Bond is also an accomplished cinematographer. He has shot a number of feature films, commercials, and television shows, as well as music videos and documentaries. His work has been featured in festivals around the world, and he has received several awards for his cinematography.

Bond continues to work as a director and cinematographer in the film and television industry. He is known for his creative vision and strong visual style, and is passionate about creating unique and compelling stories. He is currently in pre-production on his next feature film, and is developing a number of television projects.
