Erik Ode (born July 16, 1947) is a German actor and comedian. He is best known for his role as the title character in the 1983 German comedy film, Erik the Viking. Ode has also appeared in numerous television series and films, including the German sitcom, Der Clown, and the German period drama, The Last Station.

Ode was born in Berlin, Germany and grew up in the nearby city of Potsdam. He studied acting at the Theaterhochschule "Ernst Busch" in Berlin, where he graduated with a degree in 1967. After graduating, he began working as an actor in various theater productions, and soon found himself in demand for television and film roles.

In 1983, Ode was cast as the lead in the German comedy film, Erik the Viking. The film was a commercial success and Ode won several awards for his performance, including the German Film Award for Best Actor.

In the 1990s, Ode appeared in several German television series, including Der Clown, Der Alte, and Ein starkes Team. He also starred in the period drama The Last Station, which was adapted from the novel of the same name by Helmut Krausser.
