Eric Geleynse is an American actor, best known for his roles in the television series, The Parkers and The Game, as well as his roles in the films, Flight and The Conjuring.

Geleynse was born in Los Angeles, California on February 18th, 1973 to a family of Dutch-Indonesian descent. He began his acting career in the early 90s, appearing in small roles in television shows such as ER and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He made his feature film debut in 1999's Flight, appearing alongside Denzel Washington and Don Cheadle.

In 2000, Geleynse was cast in the UPN sitcom, The Parkers, playing the role of Professor Oglevee, the university's professor of English literature. The show was a huge success, running for five seasons and earning Geleynse a large fan base.

In 2006, Geleynse joined the cast of The Game, a comedy-drama about the lives of professional football players and their significant others. He played the role of Malik Wright, the team's star wide receiver. The show was a hit, running for nine seasons and winning several awards, including an NAACP Image Award.

Geleynse has also appeared in a number of films. In 2013, he had a supporting role in the horror film, The Conjuring. He also had a small role in the 2014 film, The Fault in Our Stars, playing the role of a doctor.

In addition to his acting career, Geleynse is an active philanthropist. He is a board member of the Los Angeles based charity, The Geleynse Foundation, which helps support education and the arts. He also works with the Boys and Girls Club of America, helping to provide resources to children in need.

Geleynse currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, with whom he has two children. He continues to act in both television and film projects, while also dedicating his time to various charitable causes.
