Eric Anthony was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1966. He began his acting career in the early 1990s, after attending the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena.
His first big break came in 1992 when he landed a role in the television series ‘Equal Justice’. He played the role of a police officer and went on to appear in a number of other television shows, including ‘The X-Files’ and ‘Law & Order’.
In 1995, Eric landed his first feature film role in the action-packed drama, ‘The Usual Suspects’. He played the role of a criminal mastermind and his performance earned him critical acclaim.
The success of ‘The Usual Suspects’ led to further movie roles, including appearances in the hit films ‘The Negotiator’, ‘Mimic’ and ‘The Replacement Killers’. He also appeared in the comedy-drama ‘Kiss the Girls’ and the sci-fi film ‘The Matrix Reloaded’.
In recent years, Eric has focused on television roles, appearing in shows such as ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, ‘Burn Notice’ and ‘The Mentalist’. He has also had a recurring role in the hit comedy series ‘Modern Family’.
Outside of acting, Eric is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys travelling. He has a passion for photography and has been known to take pictures of his travels around the world.
