Elvis Popović (born October 28th 1978) is a Croatian actor, who has gained fame for his roles in a number of films and television shows in the Croatian region.

He was born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia, and grew up in an artistic family. His father is a well-known artist, while his mother is a renowned actress. It was at an early age that Elvis was exposed to the arts and developed a deep passion for them.

At the age of 15, Elvis decided to pursue a career in acting and enrolled in the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts. During his studies, he was encouraged to hone his craft by taking on various roles in student films, as well as television and theater productions.

It wasn’t until after he graduated with a degree in acting that Elvis was offered his first major role in a feature film. He went on to appear in numerous films and television shows, including the critically acclaimed drama series "The End of the World" (1999) and the romantic comedy "Lucky Me" (2000).

Throughout his career, Elvis has won a number of awards for his performances, including the Croatian Film Critics’ Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2000. He has also been nominated for several major international awards, such as the Berlin International Film Festival’s Golden Bear in 2002.

In addition to his acting work, Elvis has also taken part in a number of humanitarian projects in his native Croatia, such as fundraising for poor families and donating money to children’s charities.
