David Myers is an American actor best known for his roles in films such as ‘The Notebook’, ‘Rent’, and ‘The Day After Tomorrow’.

Myers was born in 1974 in Austin, Texas where he was raised with his two siblings. At the age of 16, Myers already knew he wanted to be an actor and began auditioning for roles. After graduating high school, he enrolled at the University of Texas in Austin, but left shortly after to pursue his career in Hollywood.

Myers made his acting debut in 1998 with a small role in the movie ‘The Object of My Affection’. The following year he had his first major role in ‘The Notebook’, playing the part of Allie’s (played by Rachel McAdams) brother, Noah. The movie was a massive success and Myers’ performance was praised by critics.
