David M. Dore is an award-winning American film and television director whose career spans over two decades. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he developed a passion for filmmaking while attending Drexel University. After graduating with a degree in Communications, Dore launched his career in the entertainment industry by directing music videos for some of the biggest names in hip hop, including Busta Rhymes and Dr. Dre.

In the late 1990s, Dore made the jump to directing feature films. His first feature, “The Best Man”, was released to critical acclaim and was a box office success. He also directed the hit comedy “My Baby’s Daddy”, as well as the romantic drama “Love Don’t Cost a Thing”, which starred Nick Cannon and Christina Milian.

Dore has since become a leading director in television. He has directed episodes of some of the most popular series on television, such as “Grey’s Anatomy”, “The Game”, “Glee”, “The Office”, “House of Payne”, and many more. He has also helmed episodes of the hit series “Empire”, “Scandal”, and “Power”.

Dore has been nominated for numerous awards throughout his career, including an Emmy and a Directors Guild of America Award. He is a highly sought-after director who continues to produce thought-provoking and engaging content.
