Dann Carr is an actor, writer, and comedian who has been active in the entertainment industry since the late 1990s. He is best known for his work on the television series The Office (2005-2013) and in the films Superbad (2007), The Hangover (2009), and The Interview (2014).

Carr was born in Los Angeles, California in 1974. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied theater and film. After graduating, Carr moved to New York City to pursue a career in acting. He began his career as a stand-up comedian, performing at various clubs throughout the city.

In 2005, Carr was cast in the television series The Office. He portrayed the character of "Andy Bernard," a salesman at the Scranton branch of the fictitious Dunder Mifflin paper company. The show was an instant hit and Carr received critical acclaim for his performance. He remained with the show until its final season in 2013.

In 2007, Carr appeared in the hit comedy film Superbad. He played the role of "Officer Michaels," a police officer who attempts to stop the characters from getting into trouble. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Carr earned widespread praise for his performance.
