Daniel Leith is an English actor, writer, and producer best known for his roles in Midsomer Murders, Coronation Street, and Doctors. He was born on 14 October 1986 in Reading, Berkshire, England.

Leith attended the prestigious Oxford School of Drama, graduating in 2011. After graduating, he quickly made a name for himself in the world of television and film, appearing in multiple television series such as Midsomer Murders, Coronation Street, and Doctors. He has also appeared in various independent films, including The White Room and The Last of the Summer Wine.

In 2011, Leith wrote, produced, and starred in the short film, The Last of the Summer Wine, which went on to become a success on the international film festival circuit. He was also an associate producer and actor in the feature film, The Sacrament, which was released in 2013.

Leith has also been involved in theater, acting in various productions in the West End, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Taming of the Shrew. In 2014, he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Olivier Awards for his performance in Macbeth.
