Craig Forstater is a veteran actor, director, and producer from New York City. He is best known for his roles in films such as The Social Network, The Town, and The Hangover.

Forstater was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1966. He attended the prestigious High School of Performing Arts and graduated in 1984. After high school, he attended the Lee Strasberg Institute of Theater and Film, where he studied acting.

Forstater began his acting career in 1989 when he was cast in a small role in the film The Freshman. He followed this up with roles in a number of independent films, such as The Brothers McMullen, Big Night, and Palookaville.
