Claus Hansen Petz is a Danish actor and comedian best known for his roles in the films "Solskinsøen" and "Klovn". He was born on August 22, 1961 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Petz began his career as a stand-up comedian in the early 1980s. He performed in various comedy clubs across Denmark, as well as on Danish television. His popularity grew steadily throughout the 1980s and he was soon able to make a living from his comedy.

In 2000, Petz made his feature film debut in the Danish comedy "Solskinsøen". The film was a success and Petz was praised for his performance. This led to other roles in films such as "Klovn" in 2006, "The Green Butchers" in 2003, and "The King's Choice" in 2010.
