Cedric Worth is an American film director and producer. He has directed and produced several critically acclaimed films, including The Last Days of Disco, American Psycho, and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

Born in 1975 in Los Angeles, California, Cedric Worth was raised in a family of filmmakers. His father, Allan Worth, was a successful documentary filmmaker and his mother, Joanne, was an editor. From a young age, Cedric was exposed to the industry, often accompanying his parents on set and watching how they worked.

At the age of 17, Cedric began his own film career when he co-directed a short film with his brother, entitled Out of the Ashes. The film won several awards at the Los Angeles International Film Festival, sparking Cedric's interest in the art of filmmaking.

After graduating from high school, Cedric enrolled in the University of Southern California's film program. There, he directed several student films and was eventually accepted into the prestigious Directors Guild of America.
